Hospitality Training for the community

This training program was initiated by Live & Learn Cambodia and training provided by ATP School of Hospitality and Tourism (ATP-SoHT) for targeted communities in Siem Reap and Preah Vihear provinces. The quality of services and products in the ecotourism community depends entirely on the human resources, especially the leaders and the community, they must be able to produce, and provide quality, efficient and hospitality services to tourists. This Training took place at Sokhalay Angkor Resort & Spa, Siem Reap from 23 to 26 November 2020. Professional trainer Mr SRO Rithy ASEAN master trainers and Assessors, ASEAN Tourism Professional. The purpose of this training is to provide guidance to community leader and member in the purpose of -Leaning about new methods of lows and prevention of COVID-19 infection for tourism community. -Understand the community and the benefits of tourism. -Understand the skills of guides to provide community information. - Find out what services and products are community tourism products. - Understand professional preparation. - Understand the provision of good and luxurious services in hospitality. - Information and hospitality skills in community tourism centers. -Understand how to communicate well with tourist.
