Born in Kandal Province,He is a ASEAN Tourism PROFESSIONAL based in cambodia and a certified as ASEAN Master is trainer and assessor in Hotel Service.He is graduated with a Master Degree in the field of Hotle and Tourism Management .He has involed tourism stakeholders in Cambodia to implement the ASEAN MRA-TP. As a result, Cambodia has been rogonized by ASEAN Member States as one of the leading countries on ASEAN MRA-TP. He has been working in education and vocational skill deverlopment for more than 12 year.
