Born in … Province, He is an ASEAN Tourism Professional based in Cambodia and a certified as ASEAN Master’s Trainer and Assessor in Hotel Services and Travel Services. He is graduated with a Master Degree in the field of Hotel and Tourism Management. He has involved tourism stakeholders in Cambodia to implement the ASEAN MRA-TP. As a result, Cambodia has been recognised by ASEAN Member States as one of the leading countries on ASEAN MRA-TP.
